Made use of Iobit Advance System Care in 2012 - not updated SINCE and never placed a new order.

Avangate: Noticed an unauthorised Credit Card debit end September 2014 at double the price the latest version of Iobit was advertised !!!!!!!! This was a new credit card issued in May 2014 with a new card number. Where did they get the new number?

There was no a single sheet of "paper work" on the transaction! I have tried in vain to have the "order" cancelled and reimbursed and ask Iobit for assistance. Avangate do reply to your queries but every single time, they ask exactly the same questions - about 5 times now. I have tried to draw their attention by increasing the font to 28, bold and in red. To no avail. I get the idea they want to frustrate you to the point of you giving up.

I want to suggest that this scam is brought to the attention of soft ware companies who deal with these crooks. Cannot believe software companies are not aware of this fraudulent transactions. HOW CAN WE GET THIS GOING.

I WILL NEVER BY ANY SOFTWARE OVER THE INTERNET WHERE AVANGATE IS INVOLVED.
