The new version of Systems Mechanic automatically deleted the version I had and the new installation failed to install on Windows 10. Now I have neither version. It’s impossible to get any service help by email or telephone from Systems Mechanic people. Therefore i am asking for a full refund.

I was charged $14.95 in November 2014 and in March 2015. These were unauthorized charges. Both were listed on my bank's statement as AVANGATE*IOLO.com. I have called requesting a refund, and was told I would be refunded, but refund never came. Please address this problem immediately.
