Last June 18, PC SOFTWARERSHO AMSTERDAM NL charged me 353,87 $ CAN for live chat support and for DRIVERS RESTAURE AND DRIVERS....... The first technician scanned my drivers and convinced me to try Avanquest because they could fix anything in no more than 30 minutes. The technician and I spent hours and then told me the drivers were all updated. But my computer began to shut down and he decided he would call me back the day after. I explained to both technicians that I had trouble with Mschield.exe that does not belong to McAfee. McAfee stopped working and the aspect and look of my computer changed completely. I scanned and I have been told that I had 1174 errors. For the next days (4) he tried to take my computer at distance and it is not working anymore and many programs don't work. When they told me they had a french speaking technician, I asked for him. He was supposed to call me back but did not do it being too busy. I will have to pay someone here to fix errors I did not do. When the drivers were updated, the computer went from bad to worst. What was supposed to take 30 minutes is taking days and the technician cannot connect anymore. They are nice people, hard workers but I need my computer and the money to have it fixed.
The first technician removed the conversation we had, never left me a licence for the product I bougth although he told me he was sending me a document on guaranteed work and the bill. Never received anything that night, he had said in the next minutes. I wish I knew why a techician asked me to go on my Facebook. I asked but he did not answer me on this. We spent hours on the phoneThe language difference did not help but we understood each other but it was easier with the french technician. The first technician made a fool of me, making me believe that there were no risks at all. I am asking for a refund of 353,87$. Knowing now that they can't fix the problem and that it took long enough, I need my computer and I spent 4 days in my apartment waiting a call from them. I am so very disappointed with all this, it is time to put an end to it because I know they are stretching time for I have no right to reimbursement. I read on your site that you do refund unsatisfied people with the work done, the false informations, the result, I expecting a refund on my credit card very soon. I have no file because one deleted the messages left on my desktop. A great lack of honesty from a company like your.
