my credit card iis billed 19.99 which I did not authorize

For Several years now I ave been using AVAST and not onee single problem. A couple days ago I was locked out of my computer by the FBI Malware Scam Virus. Tried for days to recover my system to no avail. Earlier tonight i decided to contact AVAST so called Customer Support via phone.............. this turned out to be the single worst example of support ive ever seen!
For starters they inform me my acount is expired ........... WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just renewed it this past december.But a error on my part here was not making sure I kept a record of the transaction! So that is on me as well !
Now this is where I really got irritated!!!!!!!!!!!! The tech Rep ( wich by the way needs lessons in english if he is going to take calls from the US ) proceeds to tell me that for the sum of 300 US Dollars they can fix my system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK at this point I have many things to say !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#1 Why should I pay 300 Dollars for them to do what AVAST ANTIVIRUS is suppose to in the firstplace???????? They say that no program can catch the NEW viruses as they come out....... OK in a way fair enough BUT............ Thats not my problem , I pay them to protect my system PERIOD!!!!!!!!! ............ 2nd ..... This FBI scam is not really THAT NEW!!!!!!!!
And it seems very ironic to me that they want the exact same amount of money to fix my computer as the FBI SCAM wants to unlock it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMETHING SEEMS REALLY WRONG HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN will I say anything good about AVAST ANTIVIRUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to brag about how good it was for me.......4 or 5 years of good protection and service .............. then this happens..........No sir No more!
AVAST is a underhanded rippoff company that should not be allowed to continue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
