Hello

I saw a transaction against my card for the above product, but I wanted to get that reversed and also lodge a complaint.

I have been trying to get access to some of your products but every time I try to do so I get an error message or I fail to get beyond the selecting the package page. So I decided to cancel any renewal packages I had managed to activate (funny it only worked when I was in transit in South Africa) as I cannot seem to access anything from your system because every time I also try to do the so I get the same message again ''We are sorry, an unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again."

Therefore can you kindly de-activate any renewal processes associated with my card and also reimburse me for the charge made against my account for the purchase as I still cannot make use the purchase as it requesting for the licence which I am also failing to activate and as such the system will not be of use to me.

Your support on the matter will be greatly appreciated.
