cant find it anywhere

On November the 27 th.i payed 24.99 for the softwear to protect my computer and never found it.Instaid ,it keeps giving me the free version of it.Please ,kindley reemburst me for the service i ask for but yet got to use because i never got acces to it.Thank u kindly for your responding
