Charge

On the 28th November 2015 19.99 US was taken out of my pay pal account. This was not authorised by me. I had contacted you before & was told things would be rectified. If the box for automatic renewal has been ticked, it was not by me. I shall not be having anything more to do with Avengate, as I now no longer need any products. Up until now, the service has been satisfactory.
