Parcels stuck KLIA HUB since 10th July 2020

Hi poslaju team,

i have not receive any update for my parcel since 10th July 2020.
It need to reach the destination before 20th July 2020 my customers are waiting for the parcels. Please help me to check it. Tracking no :
ERC332007290MY & ERC331999466MY

Pls help to check on this and I call poslaju, no response.
