I just dont understand why Awana vacation timeshare the person in charge can terminate membership because I didnt pay six hundred over on maintenance fee. Just last week I checked in awana genting and also my last payment somewhere in June 2015 the accounts department asked me to pay RM315 or mayb RM 345. i cant remember. I was oversea in October 2015 and when i tried to enter into website to book for Nove 2015. i couldnt and phone awana vacation and was told my membership has been terminated. I dont understand i fully paid my timeshare and they can just terminate like that. How can????? I hope awana will be kindly enough to reinstate me. I am willling to pay the outstanding amount. Also I still have 14 days outstanding for year 2014 and 2015. I still havent used these entitlement days. Please reply. thank you.
