My membership also terminated just because late pay of annual fees(RM 380)

My account terminated as well due to outstanding, kindly to activate my account and to allow me for clear my outstanding.

I missed out the reminder which sent to my parents house and i'm outstation and i didn't changed the mailing address to my latest address caused the termination of 25k membership which I had paid since day one, I cant accepted the termination.

Anyone here had resolved this issues?pls PM me.

Wow didnt google till here i wont know i;m not only one who had received the same termination notice.
Day 1 purchased from credit card auto billing they stopped my payment and changed to transfer cash online.
Recently my outstanding only RM322 , it direct terminated my time share paid over 20k,
why don't just terminate me since my first payment RM2k? damn drama.

When promoting the time share time said till can have great hotel to enjoy the night, ends-up treat the member like ATM , if delayed terminated...why dont you just charge the 10% intrest for any delayed instead of direct terminate members account.

This is the way how the world class time share treat their are members?

By the way when i'm agreed with the sales person who already left is purchased the silver plan , Endsup sent to me is gold plan had signed up..then i just pay what had done, for my termination is totally not acceptable. Anyone had consult Lawyer or legal way to sue them? need some advice here .

Same issues happen to me as well, when I trying to login to pay for this year annual fee just noticed account was blocked due to late payment, honestly I din't receive any letter or notifications about the last year annual fee, previously I try to make it auto billing but no such services provided. Please reactive my membership so that I can proceed payment.thanks

My membership had been terminated just because late pay of annual fees(RM 380) which my membership joined since 2004 and fully paid (RM 24,000+)...
They will forfitted iothe entitlement night if not fullly use but smart taking chance to termiate member's metmbershi due to reason of annual fees late pay...

actually :
1) managed to pay thru internet bank transfer b couldn't get in to your account. A week later, i tried bank in thru ATM cheque in machine but still failed (cheque attached).
2) Didn't received 2nd reminder due to oversea trip from 12/11/2015-05/12/2015

Awana vacation timeshare termination of membership is a very drastic action like serving a DEATH sentence to members just for a mere RM 381.60. If late payment can have a late payment charges or don't allow to book until payment is made etc.When they short change members in 2011 by restricting and withdrawn most of its facilities whereby the club now is only having 3 home based apartment namely Awana Genting Highlands Golf & Country Resort at Genting Highlands, Angsana Apartments of Kijal Beach Resort at Kijal, Kemaman, Terengganu and Ria Apartment, Genting Highlands. If short changes is made differ from initial customers service presentation selling the timeshare membership is not a breach of contract according to Awana Vacation Resort Development Bhd.
So just a mere RM381.60, is a breach and taken away all the years left from the poor time sharing members.
