Notification of a cash award in the amount of $1,230,946.00, was received in the U.S. mail on September 22, 2015.
The letter was sent to my home address. It asked for payment of an "Acquisition FEE for Premium offer" in the amount of $12.99, payable to the office of ANC.
The letter also stated that once the FEE was received "our office will then serve you officially and with all due distinction".

To most people this will be viewed as an obvious scam. But to many undiscerning victims, it will cost them 12.99 to find that out.
