Fraud

Letter from Award Notification Commission stating that I can win $1,140,000.00 IF I have the winning numbers. It goes on to read like you have the winning numbers but that you need to send in $12.99 for Premium Offer and to remit your winning number. When checking out the website, found out that it is a Scam!! The website WONrewards.com is also listed as to your 12.99 giving you a 75% off purchases from this website. Please do not respond to this website unless you want to contribute to their fraudulent activities. What a scam!
