I recieved the letter stating I won 1,327,940.00 today on 2-22-16. Please add me to the lawsuit. I don't want anyone to fall for this scam.

I received a letter of award for my choice of single check for 1,327,940.00 or a 30 yr annuity from a 2,000,000.00 fund. The pages are colorful and full of official words and phrases stating when all was filtered out that if I send them 12.99 for premium offer fee and IF I am determined as winner. That if is the only indication of doubt that I might not get the money on the entire 2 pages of award notification. I guess that is their loophole. I would like to have the name of the company I have done business with that gave them my information. I would love to share that on their facebook, twitter, etc. If a lawsuit is brought I would be happy to help any way I can. I hope it can be pursued as mail fraud.

I also received the same letter with the same amount ($1,230,946 a single check or $2,000,000.00 for 30 yrs)....this is outrages that this is being done...what made me super suspicious was the fact that they wanted money ($12.99 plus $3.00) sent to them...and I won't mention the the typewriter that was used to type the subject information ....
I thought if I won 2 million why would I pay 12.99 processing fee? Why wouldn't they just take the money out of my 2 million.
Send me the check....

I received a letter today also, states I have won $1,327,940.00 or I can choose to receive $66,666.66 a year for a total of $2,000,000.00. It states there is a $12.99 + $3.00 rush fee acquisition fee. I was actually getting ready to send the letter in when something hit me, I need to re-read the letter and look up information about this company and that's when I found this website. I am taken back by the number of people who have received this letter and totally embarrassed that I was so excited that I had won this amount of money and was getting ready to fall for such an awful scam. I am shocked at what people will do to others that are having difficult financial times. And I'm sure that's what they are counting on. I do not have $16.00 to spare and that's what hurts me the most I was going to send it to them! Please include me in this lawsuit and anything else we can do to stop this from happening to anyone else! I have included photos of the letters I received I want to help stop these people from doing this kind of thing to anyone else!

Recieved a letter stating I won $1,327,940.00 or a larger sum amount of $2,000,000.00 to be remitted by annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for the next 30 years. I don't think this is right. I am a single mother of 3 and am struggling to make ends meet on a daily basis. I do not believe that they should be able to play with people's mind like this. Who ever this Larry Hourd guy is should be arrested. Please add me to the lawsuit.

I received a letter today from anc add me to lawsuit

I have been getting different letters from ANC asking for money to put me in for a winning rewards and also been send item I never asked for and want me to to pay although I have sent some checks and money order out but the funny thing is it never stop. Just in less than 2 weeks ago!! I received 2 letter from them from a location,stating Kansa city with a zip 66110-2905

On or about January 14, 2016, Received letter in the mail, that I may have won $2,000,000.00 but I need to send them $12.99 Acquisition Fee payable to ANC, James Mallory, Administrar of Award Notification Commission, P.O. Box 2905 Kansas City KS 66110, US of A. 30 year Annuity or lump sum cash allocation. If there is indeed a lawsuit about this scam, at a time when people are trying to get ahead with Lotteries like the Powerball, or Publisher's Clearing House, it's a shame they are trying to take advantage of there people. Stop these people.

I just received the same letter 01-12-2016. It states funds unclaimed......

It also states that an acquisition FEE for premium offer is due and must be enclosed as required for $12.99.They add $3.00 for "RUSH PROCESSING".

I've received multiple letters from this company about receiving a lump-sum of money. The first letter I receive from them had a choice of $2 million with the payment being tendered by $66,666.66/yr for 30years or a lump-sum paycheck of $1.8 million and the fee was $19 and some change, so I paid $20. Then, a week later I received a another letter from them saying that they have not receive the payment in full. I thought about and said to myself, "I knew I paid the fee." Then I paid another $20 just to make sure the fee gets paid. I've waited and have not receive anything at all. Then I received two more letters from them for $1.3 million. For one of the letters, the fee was $13 and some change, and the other was $13 even. I paid for both fees and waited; and still have not receive anything at all. I've just now receive two more letters from them for $1,327,940. It's not good to do people like that, God don't like ugly.

My dad recieved a letter just now telling him that he won 1,327,940 million dollars. Same thing happened to tou guys. If there is a lawsuit about this count us in!!!

I received this letter also stating I had won 2 million dollars, then it goes on to say I would be put in a drawing for it. Reply within 7 days. My first thought was this is a scam, if I won 2 million why would I pay 12.99 processing fee? Why wouldn't they just take the money out of my 2 million. Send me the check.... I received an Award notification yesterday (Dec 15, 2015) asking for $12.99 from a William McDougal, Compliance Officer, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110. They ask for a credit card number or a check which is very disconcerting! I cannot imagine how many people these crooks have preyed upon and have received $13 from each one thinking they WON $2M!! This also comes at the same time as the Publishers Clearing House contest so people must think it's associated with their contest! I did at first but after reading g it thoroughly there is no reference to PCH at all. They reference ANC -- Awaed Notification Commission. Is there a government entity looking into this? I just got home from an extremely long day at work and I have been trying to play these sweep stakes for about a year now and I trusted publishers clearing house. My wife received the same letter stating she won a lump sum of 1.2 MIL or am annuity of 66 grand for 30 years. I convinced her to look into the company and found it was a scam. Total bullshit! I wonder how many people sent the 12.99 without even investigating it. If there is a lawsuit against this company, we want in. How can they get away with something like this? There has to be a way to locate the people responsible and have them investigate for fraud. If anyone has any more information, please contact me @ [email protected]

This has got to stop. I received the same letter today. It's a scam. First of all if you're entering a sweepstakes or lottery they don't ask for a fee of 12.99+ 3.00. I didn't fall for it. Here is the address that it was mailed from..

Just received this letter and thought I was indeed a winner until I did my research. So glad that everything shared their experience to raise awareness of this bs these guys are trying to pull on us. I received a letter today that said I could either get a single check of $1,230,946.00 or a 30 year annuity for the total of $2,000,000.00. I almost sent the money because it looked so real and professional. I was happy for a moment because imagine what could be done with that money, but my mom told me to check online just in case.
