Theft

I received my Award notification commission from World Headquarters Plaza-Processing and judging first of all it was opened and resealed and the bottom was torn off and taking so i have nothing to return they even took the return envelope i been trying so hard for so many years to get this close to winning and now someone has stolen that from me I'm Ella Howard my id no# is 76059787-359938-123312423 And now I want you all to investigate this matter please, I've been trying for years.
