I received a letter from Award Notification Commission requesting $11.89 as an acquisition fee for the chance to win $1,325,000.00.

I am in receipt today of a notification that I won a large sum of money and that just needed to send in $12.99 fee for for delivery. Whoever is sending this out to people, this needs to STOP !!!!

ANC - Award Notification Commission sent me a letter that looks like an official award of $2 million. There are 2 forms. One is a letter which looks like there is a check for you (me) at the bottom 1/3 of it. The 2nd page says "Official Declaration of CERTIFIED AWARD and Provision of Payment" is how it is labeled at the top of the form. It's written in a way that makes you think you have already won the money and all you need to do is select how you want to be paid, lump sum or over 30 years. However, at the bottom it asks you to send in a payment of $12.99 for delivery of Premium Offer which is explained on the first page as "$2,500.00 gift certificate FOR UP TO 75% off WONrewards.com online merchandise and service offerings", but it looks like you need to pay that fee in order to have your awarded funds sent to you. This is fraud. Don't fall for it.
