My debit card was billed $24, 95 on Jan 19th. I called & was told that they would gladly refund the money to my account. Today is March 20th & I still have not received a refund. I have called back multiple times & they even gave me a confirmation number for my refund on 2/16. Now they tell me I have to talk with someone in bookkeeping but they can't transfer me because they are with another customer & they will have them call me back. They NEVER call back. I would love to take legal action because this company is definately a scam...they don't even know what they are charging for.
