I told to the courier (SMSA) yesterday February 5, 2018 (pm) that I will check the items before I sign the delivery, then he replied, our responsibility is just to deliver the items only, whatever is the damage inside is not in our hand. So, without any arguments with the delivery man, I signed the delivery receipt. Then I found out that the 18K Gold Plated Men & Women Bracelet, FF68 the lock is not open or damaged and the Wallet for Men, 002, Black was also damaged . Do I ask how to return the said items? or you will replace the items?

With reference to subject order and complaint it is almost 20 days and there is no action has been taken by AWOK to close the issue.

I don't understand is it a casual issue for you to send an empty box with the ordered item, for me its very serious issue and I call AWOK as worst seller and cheater also would like to inform you that I have done too much follow up for the same it's not about the cost of the item it;s about the honesty and ethics and now if I will not get any response by today afternoon I will file a complaint against AWOK in consumer and will publish on social media how AWOK is making fool of us and never buy anything from AWOK.

I have purchased , LG G4, 32GB, 4G LTE, Gold - Refurbished from awok.com and the mobile was not working , when i took the mobile to the LG Show room they said this mobile is duplicate and assembled in china and this is not orginal kindly return to the supplier.

i had logged a ticket with awok.com 750-198-375-448 ( ticket number )dated 2017-08-29 08:06:43, as awok .com took there sweet time to pick up the item and the courier person checked the mobile carefully and also took the photo and the mobile in the orginal box, finally after a week awok.com personnel abdul called from 043604242, but not ready to give any details or mobile number said the mobile is working fine and not able to understand that mobile itself is duplicate, finally made him to understand that the mobile is duplicate sold by such a big company so called awok.com, now they deny saying we will not be able to refund but working fine. still they are not ready to accept mobile is duplicate.

i plan to file official complaint with police department and take further forward to dubai authorities for cheating and for undergoing mental agony for all these days

Cyber 7 pcs Non-Stick Cookware Set, CYCW-9800, I ordered the Non Stick cookware that was on a deal. The day I used the pot for cooking the very same day the coating came off. The coating was not even non stick. It was pure metal and hence the rust started entering into the food. I had to throw away not just the pan but also the food. And its not just the one pan, all the pans are the same. Its a total rip off. No doubt it was for only Aed 1, however to complete the order I had to purchase other stuff that I really didnt need. I wish that Awok would sell genuine stuff and not counterfiet stuff. Once the word spreads that the website is a scam no one will purchase anything from them.
