my had bad experience into axis bank. he cheat me 500 rs from my account .my account balace was 14000 and now it is 13500 only.

Dear sir. My pay tm account no is 8648888937 . I have credited my account by axis bank on 04/04/2016..... Till now the balance has not been credited in my account...bank informed me that you have to talk to the pay tm customer care.. I have also tried to reach them....by calling from my registered mobile no.....but the call didn't connect.....I'm requesting you to resolve the issue as soon as possible....I will wait for your reply.....my emai I'd is [email protected].......

I Applied for personal loan for 200000/-. I got mail confirmation on 19th December APP ID : 3785706, Loan amount of 200000/- of Rate of interest is 14.5 % Approved and seeking confirmation mail, I sent confirmation mail replying to same mail to bank. But again on 22nd of December I received one more mail from bank, APP ID : 3785706, Loan amount : 260000/-, Rate of Interest is 24%. The same day I called bank executive to confirm but they are telling that some tech. mistake etc. the same arguments and conversation was going, but bank telling that I need to pay interest of 24% only, but I never committed for 24% interest on any time to bank. But bank is cheating me now. But for the second mail from bank for confirmation of loan I did not replied as confirmation since rate of interest was jumped to 14.5% to 24%.
