My item stuck in in transit since 13 November 2019.
Below is my tracking number : EP679622884MY and attached with latest delivery status (a long time ago).
Urgently have to know when and where is my books,hope the authority look into my complaint and reply me as soon as possible. For your information, i bought books from this bookshop before and the previous delivery courier was poslaju also but everything including delivery period completed only in 4 days but I wondered why this time take so long time to processed the item since this just a local delivery.I wish to enjoy a effective and efficient services from Poslaju and hope this matter won't disappointed our customers anymore.
