BAD customer service. I was at centre at 10am today and waiting for a long time. The point here is that there are ONLY FEW CUSTOMERS in the branch.

So,Why should i waited for such long time when there are so many counters and staffs? ONLY TWO counters doing the servicing. The staffs there were just walk around and talk to each other without approaching me and the customers who were waiting like me.

The staff who named FILZA approached me only after i asked her why is it taking so long . She replied rudely saying that it was the customers who takes long time so they have to serve them. There are 5 counters but only 2 serve the customers. What i saw is that they were talking and wandering in the branch without serving us. I told her there are CCTV in the branch which they can prove that you guys didn't do your job and are wasting others' time.

After made payment of RM43.15, only she tell me that "Sorry for the bad experience." Which bad experience did she refer to? She felt sorry for the staffs wandering there OR her attitude which annoyed me??

I hope that you could please look into this matter and improve your customer service in near future. Terrible customer service!
