Good evening I have a formal complaint regarding the bad boy watch my fiance bought by truworths on the 31st of December 2021. I got this watch from my fiance as a birthday gift but not long after on the 4th of January 2022 (( only 4 days after she bought it ))the Watch fell off my arm onto the grass where I have discovered that the strap is one of the weakest straps I have ever seen on a watch... this is why I'm writing to you guys because when she bought the Watch they told her that we only have a warranty on the watch itself and not on the strap... my argument is she spent so much money on the watch after 4 days i cant wear it any more !!!! Please can badboy manufacturer get in contact with me to try and see how thy can assist me with the new strap it would be highly appreciated.. Kind Regards MR Robertse...
