Baggage

I was travalling on the 24 of April and my Baggage was delay i didn't get my baggage 2 days later i got my baggage now i tray to make a claim they are not taking the claim i like to know why i had to buy everything and i had to pay $200 to bring my extra baggage. fly claim number is DELEK50190
