sir i kiran chhetri my story is like that :- i was a customer in ur company in last 2 yr. within 1 yr ago i was contacted by mr rahul singhia (7428312821)(bagittoday group member) and saving that i have won 3 lakh 25 thousand so he advice to contact mr rahul khatri(HDFC manager) (8750275997)about the other criteria. so rahul khatri contacted me and laid down the procedure and deposition. i deposit 26500 DD in favour of HDFC Patna. then after some time he contacted me and saving the amount is raise by the company so additional 750000 is added for this i make a dd of 50000 in r/o HDFC patna. after then a call from rahul verma (9555368419) contacted me and saving u have deposit less amount so i deposit 23500 dd in r/o HDFC patna. every time i invested the money they open a policy then they asked they cancelled the policy. first time they tell that the whole process is within 60 to 90 days (Sep 13 to till dt) but the time frame has expired. when i contacted with them they asked don't take tension or i am on leave or busy in meeting or bank holiday or make phone switch off. they don't take customer problem seriously. i allways contacted them all from monday to saturday but they not respond me. this is the service provided by ur company. sir why this type of duty is given to them. sir i hope u will rectify the matter and give me the suitable reply. my file no is FL000139. what can i do please tell me
