Purchase of gems

I purchased gems on 3-13-19 and never received them. I have been playing bakery story for years and never had a problem. I used my credit card this morning and I would like my money returned. I'm also having problems with the free gems for watching videos this has not been on my games for months. What is going on this use to be a fun game now it is miserable
