My dog Prancer was AKC Pomeranian for 10 years he was only taken to Banfield he had insurance and we just thought that everything was fine the thing I didn't like was the fact that there were so many different vets in there and come to find out I don't think any of them or even certified with degrees to be veterinarians I know anyone can be a groomer there you don't have to be licensed or anything to groom somebody's animal my dog loved one particular lady who groomed him and he hated everybody but he loved her but every time we took him to the doctor part he would shake and his freak out and I just figured it was because you know it's a doctor so it gets shots whatever however on June 4th 2019 we took him in for his physical exam and his dental cleaning when we picked him up he was not the same dog he was out of it which they kept saying yeah that's probably the medication though he's never been like that I'm telling you he runs through the store trying to kill everybody barking barking never been anyone just barked and he can barely walk I had to carry him I got him home at which time I was up all night long literally taking my dog outside every 2 to 3 minutes and he was shaking trying to go to the bathroom at which point I noticed a lump on the right side of his anus protruding out it was never there before I took him back to the vet to Banfield I told him I don't know what you did to him but he won't eat I've been up all night with him going outside every 2 to 3 minutes and he's shaking and can't go to the bathroom at which point in time they gave me what they always gave me when I told him he couldn't go to the bathroom and anti diarrhea medication cuz they kept saying he had diarrhea I said no he doesn't have diarrhea I took him home I gave him the medicine and I told my dad I'm not giving him any more medicine he was losing weight he lost so much weight just in two days and was shaking and was in pain I took him back and I told them that I was not leaving and if they did not fix my dog I was going to go to jail and they were going to the hospital or the graveyard this dog was all I had left of my mom who passed away 2 years prior this was my baby I took him back again on June 10 2019 and again on June 14 2019 I literally told them I was not leaving and they had better fix my dog I asked him if they checked his polyps they're supposed to release his fluids and this is involved in the physical twice a year so the vet called me back and said that upon her sticking her fingers into my dog's anus she noticed a mask the size of a grapefruit on my Pomeranian that weighs 12 pounds which was what was protruding on the outer part of his body because it was so big there was no room left in his body we were then asked at that time if we had it was like 13 or $1400 cash because the insurance didn't cover it they would do surgery and release some pressure but we had to take him to an emergency vet and that would run anywhere from 26 to $48,000 and it all had to be paid up front at that point in time the decision was made to have my dog put to sleep I then brought my dog home in a cedar box my dog never saw another vet for 10 years he only went to Banfield no one will answer any questions about this and my dad still had to pay for the dogs insurance for a year even though they killed my dog they threatened my dad I couldn't find anyone to listen this has to stop how is someone a doctor of an animal for 10 years and supposedly doing the finger in the rectum twice a year to release fluids and you never felt anything it's because you never did anything for my dog except kill him I will I will end Banfield and PetSmart if it's the last thing I do and I pray that this is a lawyer and not Banfield Orlando Florida East colonial drive you are not licensed to be groomers nor do you have degrees to be vets I wouldn't let you put your hands on a piece of dog crap
