Bang Data Forms(BDF) Pvt. Ltd. which is basically printing industry located in Rabale Navi Mumbai.
Myself, Sushant Kavale joined BDF as a Software Developer on May 2017. I had been interview by General Manager Mr. Swaminath MIshra and he offered me the salary package of 3.5L pa. Also, he commited that if i able to handle supervisor role with software developing role he will increased my salary package to 4.7L pa. and requested me to hide offered salary with all staff since am highest paid employee after him. i agreed to handle supervisor and software role both and started to manage both. Since there is no proper staff handling responsibilities of HR Dept they avoided giving offer letter/joining letter everytime i asked. After a month company has transfered my salary in my personel bank account on basis of 3.5L and also they have deducted another 4000 from that as bonus and when asked the reason for the same they gave me the nonsense reason of company rules. After 3 months they told me that they are not satisfied with my work perfomance and i should look for another job. I resign from job and at full and final settlement stage, they not even paid me my bonus which they are deducting every month from 3.5L package which i have worked for them. i do not recommend anyone to join this company as i have seen this is the practice of the company it did with others also having a very bad impact.
