Re my Order No. 27616562 of 26/04/2017 I (finally) received the phone I ordered after 23 working days. there was NO address on shipping label ? I am unable to locate or download a User Manual for this phone. At the time I ordered the phone, I wasn't aware there ere two forms of the phone. Seems I may have ordered the wrong one (Should I have ordered the "Global version ?)
When I set up the phone, I was surprised that Australia / Oceania weren't listed in the Regions list. The phone appears to be basically working o.k. BUT, I cannot upload pics or videos from phone to my computer !!. It appears the memory is locked !!. In spite of many attempts, I have been unable to unlock the phones memory. My computer recognises the phone when I connect it via USB (My Windows 10 Pro 64 bit operating system has installed what appears to be an appropriate driver.)
Where do I go.. what do I do to resolve this problem ?. I have tried contacting Xiamo but have made no progress there.

Perhaps I can return the phone and exchange it for the "global" version ?? .
