Valley National Bank's customer service department are allowed to change auto loans payoff amounts at will, one day they will tell you a balance the next if you piss some body off, they will add interest, penalties, they will find a way to screwn asked for an explanation they respond by sending a pay history plus the additional charges, no expalantion

Do not business with them you will be better off going to Tony Soprano, he will charge you a big fee but will not change it

Horrific experience...go to pawn shop you will be better off
