Consumer was a victim of theft ,she reported to Issuer of stolen check.The original check was drawn on Bank Of America whom also was alerted by the victim, which the Bank agent refused to listen or assist the customer.
Several months later, the victim opened a checking account online where she made a deposit of $300.00 cash. Bank Of America immediately closed the account without notification or reason,discriminating and re- victimizing the victim again. Bank Of America refused to prosecute the thief of victims stolen assets. Victim is now seeking to file civil discrimination lawsuit against Bank Of America for Discrimination.
