I had a check from small business pay to order in my name from Bank Of Oklahoma. I went to their one branch in Tulsa to cash it, they took my finger print and then she told me it will be $6.50 charge to cash a check. I asked why, she told me because i do not have account with their bank.I think I have right to cash this check , which from their bank and i should not pay any check cashing fee for this check. They refused to cash it without paying fee. So I walked out.

While trying to refinance a vehicle we were told by the branch manager that we had to take at least an additional five thousand dollars. This manager has been in her position for many years and should have known this was a false statement. A confirmation call from the main branch also informed us that the extra five thousand dollars was not required. With all the paper work completed we did not have the time to start over. My wife is now out of work and my place of employment is now moving back to Ohio. We are now looking at a larger loan balance than was neccessary. We feel that this matter can go two ways. Hopefully Bank of Oklahoma will take the correct step and make this additional debt disappear. With all the news concerning Wells Fargo, I hope that the bank of Oklahoma does not make it a practice of conducting business in this manner.
