Item tidak tersekat lama di parcel hub

Selamat petang, saya nak buat aduan. Barang pos saya tersekat di PARCEL HUB dari 5 jun 2020 lagi hingga sekarang. Saya telah buat aduan di care@pos tetapi tiada sebarang jawapan. Saya harap pihak pos laju membuat penghantaran yang pantas seperti yang dijanjikan. Barang sya perlu di poskan dr parcel hub ke Tanjung Manis Sarawak. Tindakan segera pihak anda amat saya perlukan. Ini nombor traking saya (EP720724603MY).
