Truck pulling trailer 811110 side swiped me damaging my mirror and cab, and poked a hole in the side of the trailer. The driver was driving with his flashers on for over two miles before side swiping me. I immediately stopped and he came over into my lane still with his flashers on. I drove up to him on his right and he flipped me off, later pulling off at the beginning of an off ramp, I pulled off and he took back off on interstate 40. There were two highway troopers working another truck accident at that off ramp, so they know that he knew what he did and are looking for him.
