My name is Robert Mokadi again I've never received any response to my complain ever since I wrote and send it to Complaint board.Are you able to assist or not because I'm still waiting for a way forward,look refer to my last complain I've been scammed,that is my money, they been deducting it from my pay ever since i started to work 3 years back,so please give me what it belongs to me.

I'm Robert Mokadi complaining about my Uif claim funds,I went to department of labour on the 30 of May 2017 to claim Uif and I submitted my documents,they told me to come and check after 36 weeks,it was the 18th of July,indeed I went there, when I arrived they check and they told me my company has not yet responded and I should wait another 2 weeks,my wife did a follow up she visited a website communicating with my company and my company responded to her email1:they fail to do their job over 2 months and my wife did do that.After that 2 weeks I go back again to check they said my company responded and it is up to department of labour either they give me that money or not2:with the help of my wife. I signed after that 2 weeks I received my money only once on the 25 of last month for over 4 years working for that company.The staff members when l sign last month told me to come again on the 12th of this month,I did sign and before you sign they check whether you still qualify to sign and they told me to come again next month on the 12th,but I haven't receive my money until today, so I tried to call them,they said my money is finished, my question is:why I'm still signing if my money is finished? Guys please stop scamming us,you're employed and we are unemployed,you're spoiling your kids with our sweat,we are also parents we also want to do that to our kids.PLEASE RELEASE OUR MONEY!!!!!

I applied Uif fund on the 30 OF MAY 2017 AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME AND CHECK AFTER 36 WEEKS IT WAS ON THE 18TH OF JULY IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN,I WENT THERE ON THAT DATE AND THE ONE OF THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT MY COMPANY DIDN'T RESPOND YET AND I SHOULD COME AND CHECK AFTER TWO WEEKS,MY WIFE CUT THE MATTER SHORT SHE SENT AN EMAIL TO MY EMPLOYER REQUESTING THEM TO RESPOND INDEED THEY DID RESPOND,I STARTED RECEIVING MY PAYOUT ON THE 30TH OF LAST MONTH,LAST MONTH WHEN I STARTED TO SIGN THEY GAVE ME A RETURN DATE WHICH WAS ON THE 12TH OF THIS MONTH,I SIGNED AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER DATE OF NEXT MONTH BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY MONEY UNTIL TODAY,I TRIED TO CALL DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR TODAY,TO CHECK WHAT IS WRONG AT THE SUDDEN THEY TOLD ME THAT MY MONEY IS FINESHED,I ONLY OBTAINED IT ONCE SO MY QUESTION IS :WHEN THEY GAVE ME A PAYOUT FORM THEY CHECK BEFORE THEY GIVE IT TO YOU SO WHY THEY DIDN'T TELL ME BEFORE I SIGN?GUYS PLEASE STOP TO BE SELFISH AND GREEDY,YOU'RE EMPLOYED AND WE ARE UNEMPLOYED,WE KNOW YOU WANT TO DO GOOD THINGS FOR YOUR KIDS,WE ARE ALSO FATHERS THINK ABOUT OUR KIDS TOO.
