we have come to Hyderabad for tour on the way we purchased bata slippers details I am enclosing below. After a week slippers color started changing and its looking ugly. when we called shop sales boy he spok very rudely and saying he will give 50,000 rs and asking us to come over there and collect money and asking us to come by flight we have voice recording proof, is this is the way to behave with customers?
first learn how to behave with customers afterword's other things.we have hurted a lot. money is not a matter but faith is important .

The store manager will evaluate the product basis the concern highlighted by you and extend you the best possible resolution.



Kindly visit the store along with the damaged product before 12th January 2019. Please carry a printout of this mail or show this email in your smart phone to the Store Manager along with cash memo or debit / credit card statement at the time of visit.



Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, all minor defects will be first considered for repair and not directly replaced.
