this company did nothing but annoy me throughout the entire process. I complained about how completely awful and dreadful the woman in the office was, but noone cared!!!! "CHRISSY" is useless and needs fired! these bathrooms are not cheap and customers deserve good service! waiting a WEEK to get a call back is NOT acceptable. NOT keeping customers in the loop or not confirming when you are coming out! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. This woman does not take her job seriously. If you are thinking of going with Bathfitter.. ask if this gal is still there. If she is AVOID!!
