I requested a call from Baumatic regards oven that is leaking gas. It has been leaking since I first purchased this in August,, only now do we realise its the appliance not the mains in the house, all thoroughly checked by a gas safe engineer 3 times, and he states it is the appliance. I have the report, Currys are no help I am exhausted with there inability to deal with this. I now have a family of 4 who moved into the house living with out an oven/hob as it is unsafe to use. It is a BC1902TSSS.
order no CUR1528037813. I am tired of being shoved from Pillar to post, and asked Baumatic and Currys who are both useless by the way replace this unit asap. No answer...
