I have been living in one of their slum properties since February 2012! I was promised and it was written on the signed lease that all repairs in the home would be taken care of once I moved in!! Well as of today's date...nothing has been rectified! If anything...added repairs!! It's going on two weeks now and I have been without air conditioning! The thermostat inside reads 92 degrees! I've called! I've emailed!! And still nothing! This is the second time that I've been without air!! As soon as I moved in the a/c went out and at that time it was cold fronts coming...so me and my 3 children were without heat! Now here it is summer and we are without air!! Oh did I mention that me and my youngest son have asthma!! Something I've told to them over and over again!! I was told almost 2 weeks ago that they were waiting for the ok by the owner of this dump in order to get a/c repair!! There's mold!! The windows are bolted shut and they have been telling me that the owner is going to send someone over to unscrew them! Still waiting! Like I've told them...God forbid that a fire breaks out and we are unable to go out the door!! Bayliner properties sucks!! They're liars! They're shady! They're definitely unprofessional! They recently sent a 5 day eviction to me but I had paid rent!! Now they want me to pay $300 to them because they filed those papers in error!
