On the 28 of April 2015 I spoke to a lady and gave her the info of the new sim card for my sons phone.
She promised me the sim will be activated within 24-48 hours, I spoke to another lady on Saturday the 2nd of May 2015. after holding to get threw for 15 min.
she checked on the system and informed me the sim will be activated the same day (Saturday) This is now Wednesday the 6 May 2015 and still no activation.
Everyday I phone and hold on for 20 min without someone picking up a phone. To say the least your service is pathetic and your staff is even worst,
its costing me and arm and a leg on airtime holding on and if you want to leave a message, your inbox is full.
I was also told that my contract expired end April but a deduction was still made from my account end April. for May.
I insist on a prompt replay TODAY and a explanation why my sim is not activated, id 5111145075081-----0840870450 C STASSEN

Sim Card
My upgrade was done in June, got my sim last week. Problem is, its MTN & just wont work. I have tried MTN & periodly cant be helped, then was told to contact Nashua, which I did & was told to contact Bayport. Now all I'm doing is phoning around & using my airtime to get the run around. Can somebody please fix this else will go to Hello Peter. We cant waste our own personal airtime for this if I have airtime on a card that I cant use....

Bought a Lumnia Cell phone last year early the phone in december went dead while i was busy on whatsapp I called the office and i was told to take the phone to the nearest Nokia for repair when i call the shop i was told that they dont do repairs for bayport anymore then, i called again and i was promised to be send a repair form that i must fill in until now the is no form whenever i call ispeak to different people with different explanation where as I am busy paying the phone that is not working so i need explanation my email address is

AG BOMBSHELL FAKE
I bought two phones from Bayport in January this year Nokia C5 and Nokia C2, I only discovered this week that these two phones are not the same as other original Nokia phones I've seen. The Nokia C2 from Bayport uses two sim cards but the one I saw from Vodacom uses only one sim. The other one C5 touch screen is a disaster ...on top of that the sim cards they gave me fails registration, Ive even lost them cause I hang on to them keep thinking they will soon work bt da! OOOH I'm devastated please advice me on what to do about this cause they are busy deducting from my account.

phone not working / account
Complaint no 1: We received 2 phones from Bayport Cellular. The Nokia C5 was only working for a while. The phone don't charge and hardware crushed. Please assist us.
Complaint no 2: Because the phone is not working I got a blackberry for myself. When i want to access the Internet and BBM function they told me I cannot do that. the will put my sim on pay as you go and there is no cost involved. The following day I phoned again and they inform me I cannot go to pay as you go. I phoned again and they assist me by telling me they can give me the option but i won't received my R49 airtime because the internet is R59 per month I must just make sure that I have enough money on my phone. When I go to the Voda shop to help me access the BBM and the internet they picked up that my sim card is a pay as you go and no longer on contract. So why must I pay If my phone is on pay as you go? And still my internet functions is not working and they informed me that everything is correct. So please let me know what we must do and what is going on the contract.
