I have no money bb&t slammed a 1800 one thousand eight hundred dollars overfraft on my account and they the wrong script they robbed me I went to my local branch and the casher behind the counter not office manager started lying explaining some senseless stuff but I got no money back I'm supposed to have a 500 dollars overdraft fee. I need my money replaced they stole my car payment I'm a loser that my light will be disconnect tomorrow water and food I have nothing I'm a 67 year old Vietnam vet suffering from PTSD depression anxiety and chrossis of the liver I feel because of my age and my condition the just rubbed me without using a gun. I went to the main branch and did go into the customer service manager started complaining. And I asked her about the money. She blurted out that maybe because of the size of my check. Finally she said I will try to do this but it can be done only one time she tapped the computer keyboad and said she credited me 75 dollars like that was some kind of consolation prize. There is a withdraw for dish Network i called dish and they said they didn't withdraw from my account that I owed them nothing I told them that. And was told that was between me and dish I need my money they ended by telling me that I prob could go to the ATM am get five hundred dollars. I waS. Desperate. So I did. It rejected my request I left and I guest they all had a good laugh. I want my money then I'm join the federal credit union. Lastly. Why would I overdraft 1800 dollars when my deposit was only 1600 dollars and then where did it all go?
