BB&T has been stealing money from me and claiming it as overdraft fees. I have overdraft protection and I shouldn't be getting these fees. When I spoke to a customer service representative she even said herself I shouldn't have been charged with this fee. They say they will refund you but they don't! They give you this bullshit policy excuse saying you're only allowed one refund every two years what kind of shit is that ! So basically they can steal your money and won't refund you even if it wasn't your fault or if there is no explanation why you were charged. I am a poor college student. Today i had 43 dollars in my account. I had a bill for 27 dollars that was supposed to process, the only thing that was processing. When I have a bill that is supposed to process but doesn't go through I receive emails from the company saying your payment was processed but there were insufficient funds or whatever the reason was. I didn't get that email nor am I showing a problem from the billing site. The bill would also show up in my online banking as something pending to process which it didn't !! There was also no explanation when I looked at it or when the service rep looked at it. So there's proof that you stole money from me. Because they took all my money I wasn't able to buy gas and my car was on E. like the gas light was on and everything. I live over 30 minutes away from my job and no one could help me out with some gas money. My mom doesn't have a car. My dad was at work but dealing with the same BB&T bullshit so he couldn't help even if he wanted to. And my roommate doesn't have a phone but he was also at work. I couldn't cash my check because I don't want to give them anymore of my money but even if I did I didn't get of work until 6:30pm and they hold your money until the next day (there's been times when I haven't even gotten it until days later). And Walmart doesn't cash written checks and no other place was open. My car ran out of juice on the highway about 7 miles from my house. And to make matters worse it was storming it's ass off outside..... I had to leave my car on the side of the highway where I'm pretty sure it will get towed (and that's another thing I'll have to pay for) and walk all the way home in the pouring down rain. All because you guys wanted to steal $36 from a poor college girl. I hope it was worth it. And I will see you in court
