I had a checked returned which initially and correctly charged me an overdraft fee which automatically came directly out of my account. No problem! I use Uber quite frequently and was currently using it everyday when this was occurring. NEVER once for almost 2 weeks did I get another overdraft fee, since my account was in the positive. All of a sudden I check my banking online app only to find i had been charged $216.00 for overdraft fees that I did NOT commit!! Then to find the next day I had been charged ANOTHER $72.00. I have been told that all the uber charges were made with not enough money in the account. If that's the case then how did I ever obtain all those rides if I had a negative balance or no money in the account?? I check my bank app faithfully at least once a day. And this is not the first time I've been scammed by them, but not at this expense! Please help.

I am sick and tired of BB&T charging me for false fees! Flipping the debits that go into my acct from largest to smallest. Also putting thru debits before deposits when they go into the bank at the same time. Causing more fees! I just joined a class action law suit! You should to!

I just have been having the same problem with them charging me fees. I have called and talked with them until I blue in the face and they won't budge so this morning printed my bank account transactions to look at how things have cleared my bank, deposits posting, etc and found two time in a week were they charged me for overdraft fees when my acct never hit the negative. However when I call them they give me this line about the way the transactions cleared the bank and its always different. I was so fed up that I got online looking to see if other were having similar problems. I am happy to joing the class action so please please forward the information to me on how I go abou it. Thanks.

BTW my account is a very small business account.
