Bank hold adjustment, WTF. I just deposited 472.00 , a 200.00 check and 272.00 in cash. And this was Thursday night at 7:45pm. And went to Goodwill and spent 8.88 and went home logged into my account and seen the 8.88 pending and then seen the -100.00 hold adjustment. WTF never had that before in my life. How can they take money out of your account right away and everything else is pending.that's how they are taking advantage of people. They are nothing but theives

I am interested in filling a class action Lawsuit against this Bank. My son had check returned charged him 36.00 and sent check back to store, I was out of town, so a week passes before I get home to loan him money, they charge him another 36.00, said it was because his account was over drawn for a week, so he now has a -72.00, check being returned was 105.00, so now we will owe 177.00, I go and deposit 200.00 cash, which should have him positive 23.00, he even went inside to speak to a CSR to make sure when charge came through we would be okay, she said no more charges, guess what, charges him the third 36.00 for the same damn check. now 108.00 for one check, No, this is robbery, no one there gives You the same answer. My son is on disability, he is paralyzed from the breast area down, not like he could go do a quit job to get the funds, he had to wait till I returned home. I have the deposit slip & they are time stamped and I have names of each person that told a different story. I work at a bank two blocks down from this one and I know this is illegal charging. Wells Fargo got their punishment and You are about to get Yours.

They are processing the debits before processing credits.Cash deposits were made first,the I paid bills after checking online of my available funds.Last month they refunded me $72.00 after I went in and talked with them about their stealing money.Now one month later they stole another $72.00. same M.O.
I am talking with them through their message system,no refund yet,they are still trying to weasle out of doing the right thing.

This bank is worse than a loan shark! I have been charged almost $1400 in overdraft fees in less than 2 months! $216 (coincidentally the most they can charge in a day) 2 days in a row on more than one occasion. I was told it was because they process in time order. However I just checked their policy and it states credits are put in first. Looks as if I am owed a large check as deposits were made the day of the fees

In these past two weeks I've paid over $480.in over draft fees and when I called they gave me the run around . So I filed a complaint as to why my atm is telling me a different balance then my available funds. Also you can't pend a direct deposit. I have figured out they organized this system to hold and pend post and deposits purposely this so you over draft. Bc there is not other explanation
