BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered one item last fall and they snuck a charge of $9.95 onto my credit card for several months. I make lots of charges so I really didn't notice it. I did not knowingly authorize this payment for "membership." I mean...who does that? When I found out what was going on, I called the company and got a few reversed. I emailed them with a complaint and got a few more reversed. I contacted my credit card company also. This is a scam and it is one that I fell for. they are hoping that people don't notice this small charge. They are currently not accepting "customers".....probably because they have been found out. I would recommend that you do not buy from this company.

bought one dvd company enrolled me for recurring 19.95 each month without any consent or knowledge that this existed.

I have found 3 unauthorized charges for $9.95 in the past three months. I have to do additional investigating to check for any other unauthorized charges. I rarely order movies online and have no recollection of ordering a movie from this company so I have to research that as we'll. I might not have noticed these charges except this month I am short on funds and don't get paid for a couple of days. So now my bank will charge me the$9.95 from BBV. They will also charge a $29.00 overdraft fee. All of that for not only a movie I didn't order, but also, a movie I never received and would have returned and gotten a refund

After purchasing one movie for around $10 which I paid with my credit card and then one month later, I had another charge and then another charge. After contacting the company, they told me that when you buy a movie from them you automatically enrolled in their monthly membership $9.95 per month and and e-mail was sent which let you opt out of the membership or you are automatically charged. For some known reason, like it probably wasn't sent, this is the reason for the additional charges. I have cancelled the membership and my credit card gave me back my money, Contact company immediately or you will continue to get charged!!!!

I ordered three movies in October and noticed that this company continues to take monies from my account. It needs to stop now. I cannot get the charges reversed either. BBB are you monitoring this? I need my money back

i ordered 3 seasons dvds of mister ed on 8/16/12 from BBV*HOTMOVIESALE.COM. my printed receipts reflected obscure amounts. i didn't think anything of it at the time and just now realized this company has been taking $19.95 a month in unauthorized charges from the same credit card used initially to purchase the 3 mister ed dvds.
so far they have charged $80 [4 months x $19.95] from my credit card. i will be contacting my credit card provider immediately.
