BBVA bank reorganizes when I processed payments through my account. If the account overdrafts they then hit me with a fee for each transaction that was made. It seems they will take the smallest amounts and then add a O/D fee. I am about to go to all social media with this because I just cant catch up With these fees they keep attaching to my account once they have reordered the charges.

I have called them multiple times about this but get am told that the people on the phone don't know anything, cant escalate to anyone and can only read what is on the screen.

So frustrating. They are ripping me off! and I have no recourse. BBB here I come.
