Checking account

After opening a checking account at BBVA bank they refused to give me adebit card as promised. I even recieved mail saying my card was approved. Then when I made an in person request at the branch they refusex to let me withdraw money from my account. And now they refused to clode my account despite my having made two requests to close my account.
