To whoever it may concern,

I have come across the worst service. The issue is that whenever I go to deposit cash; it takes at least 30 to 40 minutes since there are only 1 or 2 people on the counter even in the busy days (i.e. Fri and Sat). Once I asked for cashier check and they said their printer wasn't working for which I had to go all the way to hoover, which is like 1 hour journey from here. Plus whenever its raining their systems freeze they cant make deposits or anything. when I spoke to one of the incharge about the problem he didn't take it seriously saying that it never gets too busy here but this is the 4th time I'm facing this problem in a month and nobody in this branch seems to be concerned about it.

Please resolve this issue as many other customers are also facing this problem which you can see in this VIDEO I have attached with this message.
