My car is totaled! I do not have it anymore, my insurance company is waiting on documents from the total loss department so they can send the check for the remaining principle for the car. However NOONE can get anyone on the phone at that total loss department. Meanwhile BBVA continues to try and bill me for a carnote for a vehicle I do not have and haven't had for two months now!!! The insurance company has the car. I refuse to pay for a car I don't have!!!!!

My car was totaled sue to hail damage in May. In the state of Colorado this is not considered a branded title and the car is in good/ working condition, I have GAP coverage that is going to pay the remanding balance on the loan. Compass back stated that their policy is that they will not accept GAP payment for a customer who wants to own or retain their vehicle regardless of state law regarding hail damage and the car not being branded, though my contract doesn't states this and I never signed anything agreeing to that. It will cost me double the amount to keep and fix the damage. I have left numerous messages and emails. When I get a call back its from some named Paris/ Farris? and she never knows what I'm talking about, after about 30 mins of retelling my situation she states ill contact your insurance, or GAP and see if they will pay it off or not and ill let you know what they say, though i have emailed all and every documents stating they will cover it and the run down of the damage and costs. some how that has gone missing... Two weeks go by I start calling again and play the game of sending emails and voice mails to do this all over again, I'm done. Ive contacted a lawyer and notified DORA. This bank is disgraceful, previous to this situation they have lost two of my car payments and it took 3 months each time to find the payment and credit my account. Again i had to call and email constantly to get them to do anything,
