Fee for Savings Acc ount

I realize banks are in business to make money, however it is their customers' money they use to maintain that business. I recently had a financial hardship and had to dip into my savings which caused the balance to go under the limit - and I was charged a $15 fee for that. I believe there needs to be grace periods and every now and then a "mulligan" to life's little unexpected issues. I was told by the bank that made the policy they can not reverse the charge. This angers me, YES you can, it's your policy you just don't want to. Customer service and providing empathy for others has slowly declined. And BBVA you are more about money then people you should be compassionate towards. Actually its pathetic that I make .15 a quarter in interest but you are quick to deduct a $15 fee when the limit gets low. Step up, be human and credit my account back. This will not break you and it will show your are not heartless!!!

NSF Fees & Customer Service

I'll look at my account via the app one day and it will be fine... I'll look a couple of days later the order that purchases were made has changed and now I am negative and have been charged a NSF. Also, per there website there are to be no NSF fees charged on transactions under $1, but I was charged $38 for going over .72

I currently have $114 in overdraft fees because they have changed how my payments are posted which would cause me to overdraft. I called and the lady says that if you do a pin based transaction it doesn't post right away and that the money for that purchase is still available to you. When it finally posts if you have used that money than you are charged an overdraft fee. Sounds like a Credit purchase to me!! Perhaps the only safe way to bank here is you withdraw the money from the ATM and pay cash. This is just a few of my issues with BBVA. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

bull crap nsf charge!

I had a positive balance and made an online transfer which put my account at a good amount. I then look at my online banking the next day and i have been charges 5 $38 dollar nsf charges. MY account never even shows that it went into the negative online. I called to get it all straitened out and the lady yells at me. They now say the will return my call within 24-48hrs. If they do not remove the charges i will switch banks. I know one person switching big deal but. I have been baking with these bastards for 4 years, and didn"t even overdraw it. I do not understand thid unjustified charges. BBVA sucks!

bull crap nsf charge!

Hereis a petition that you all can sign. The goal is to find out how a money launering theiving bank like BBVA was authorized to do business in this country and who they paid off to get it.
