I had money in my account to cover bills and purchases, paid bills on Friday including car note by the next week I was negative $200, I was told the merchants take it out later in the week and that's why my account is negative. Unbelievable! What is the purpose of balancing your checkbook if the bank releases and do what they want with your account? I'm shocked and this should be fraud from the bank. How can they get away with this? The overdraft option is a scam, I will never allow that on my account.
