Hi we went on vacation dec 29th2010 for one week and we were so disappointed in the service and the lies we were told by the sungwing reps at be live hamaca resort in san dominico we had the worst time there we complained to sunwing rep and he did nothing we complained about our room had no safe for 2 days did nothing we were going to go on excursions my husband and i and were very disappointed they lied to us about how long the bus ride was and we stopped at cigar factory when that wasn't on tour. we went back to complain they did noting i wanted refund we were lied to and very unhappy with the service never stopped to go pee... we were on the bus for 7 hours in total... when we tolled it was going to be one hour on bus... i am very unhappy with sung wing on how we were treated... i would suggest not to go to this resort cause they just don't care about you.. you would think we pay a lot of money to go on vacation that they should at least try to help you out... i would love to get my money back for these excursions i complained about 1st one and wanted a refund for the other one our rep told us we could not get money back and that this excursion was better we were lied to again... never trust this resort... sunwing should be fully responsible for there reps his name was ney i thing that is how you spell it... bus ride to the air port was the worst we almost died watch out for the drivers they don't know how to drive...
